Marcus Paes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Erasmo Diegotxe made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruy de Brito in the 17th minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruy de Brito in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Sergio Mustafa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmo Saldanha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Paes in the 25th minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silas Gerber's late challenge caught a Federales FC Ψ OFF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silas Gerber helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silas Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Dalmo Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Mustafa in the 27th minute of the match. Mauricio Cuero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Saldanha having to interfere. Erasmo Diegotxe made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Marcus Paes sent off a good shot on target. Federales FC Ψ OFF's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerome Rohrer in the 36th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Jerome Rohrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Sergio Mustafa notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha. Dalmo Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Paes made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Paes in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Diegotxe saved Federales FC Ψ OFF from getting behind. Erasmo Diegotxe didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jovens Democratas MZC's Marcus Paes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Erasmo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruy de Brito in the 55th minute of the match. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha got control of the ball when Sergio Mustafa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chico de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Erasmo Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Mustafa in the 80th minute of play forced Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Dalmo Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Dalmo Saldanha was a little too slow when Mauricio Cuero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-4. Federales FC Ψ OFF's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy de Brito in the 90th minute of play. Erasmo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Lenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The audience was convinced that Chico de Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Diegotxe was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Jovens Democratas MZC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
