Pinner Cluj-Napoca's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Nurettin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlos Konstantakakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Hamburg Fighters from getting a goal against them. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petruț Mircescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Ali Nurettin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavlos Konstantakakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Per Schmettau hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Pinner Cluj-Napoca were awarded a corner. Cristian Gallo went to the cornerflag to take it. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ali Nurettin sent off a good shot on target. Hamburg Fighters:s Pavlos Konstantakakis showed great skill when he stopped Ali Nurettin:s penalty. In the 25th minute of the match Wieslaw Obuchowicz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jalmari Mikkonen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jalmari Mikkonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Bocu in the 34th minute of the match. Pavlos Konstantakakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ali Nurettin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. Petruț Mircescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jalmari Mikkonen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Balla, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gianluca Balla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Nurettin to strike the kick off in the second half. Pavlos Konstantakakis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Ali Nurettin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jalmari Mikkonen made a huge save. In the 59th minute, Gianluca Balla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jalmari Mikkonen. The goal made the score 3-1. Jalmari Mikkonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Balla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Nurettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavlos Konstantakakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Jalmari Mikkonen came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Hamburg Fighters's Gianluca Balla. But to his dismay, Gianluca Balla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a rather tough play, Hamburg Fighters's Maicon Fonseca got a free kick in the 70th minute. Cristian Gallo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dinu Bocu in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jalmari Mikkonen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ali Nurettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavlos Konstantakakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. After 80 minutes Hamburg Fighters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristian Gallo who took care of the corner kick. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Nurettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Jalmari Mikkonen made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Gianluca Balla sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute Ali Nurettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamburg Fighters's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
