The referee gave Flori Miner a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Flori Miner hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Tănăsie to maneuver through the defense. Emre Wölfle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Ignătoiu having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emre Wölfle got free with Bogdan Ignătoiu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Barca de Buzau's zone, Estevan Vives stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Ignătoiu came out of the goal and Estevan Vives tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emre Wölfle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernán Moyano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Pumnu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The supporters of ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★ booed when -BZF- Barca de Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Andriescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Manuel Drăgănoiu fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Barca de Buzau's protests and gave Manuel Drăgănoiu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Manuel Drăgănoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emre Wölfle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Emre Wölfle made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Emre Wölfle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Bogdan Ignătoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute Denis Pumnu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernán Moyano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Drăgănoiu hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Manuel Drăgănoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernán Moyano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Pumnu in the 65th minute of play. Severino Mac Rae kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Emre Wölfle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Severino Mac Rae managed to get in a good position for a shot. ⓅⓀⓇ Unión San Felipe ★★★★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Mac Rae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Ignătoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxim Lupașcu to maneuver through the defense. Emre Wölfle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Ignătoiu having to interfere. If Emre Wölfle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emre Wölfle in the 93rd minute of play forced -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Bogdan Ignătoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Emre Wölfle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Ignătoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the -BZF- Barca de Buzau players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
