The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Pabla got free with Eliseu do Valle in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Pabla got free with Eliseu do Valle in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 41 played minutes corsaire nantais got a freekick which was hit by Chu Fan Qiang. corsaire nantais were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after POPULAR F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mamadou Clermont took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Paul Vivien managed to volley towards the net. Eliseu do Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 60 minutes of play, POPULAR F.C's Victorio Pabla made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 73rd minute, but Pancracio Paniagua got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving POPULAR F.C hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Pabla in the 75th minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Eliseu do Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
