Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) In the 2nd match minute, AKS Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dariusz Ziombkowski to maneuver through the defense. Radowit Wnukowski made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Wieslaw Zawacki sent off a good shot on target. After 10 played minutes AKS Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Stanislaw Miazga. After 13 minutes of play, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radowit Wnukowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Radowit Wnukowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wieslaw Zawacki. Radowit Wnukowski was a little too slow when Wieslaw Zawacki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 3-0. After some careless play in the AKS Chorzów defense, Wieslaw Zawacki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radowit Wnukowski. The AKS Chorzów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radowit Wnukowski should have stopped the shot. Radowit Wnukowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Dzierwa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match MKS Mazur Ełk got a corner. AKS Chorzów's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Michal Karbownik ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wieslaw Zawacki was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 34th minute, Dariusz Ziombkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Zawacki did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Radowit Wnukowski 36 minutes into the match. Wieslaw Zawackis short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Radowit Wnukowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Wieslaw Zawacki managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Mazur Ełk's supporters rose to their feet, but Wieslaw Zawacki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radowit Wnukowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 44 minutes of play, MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radowit Wnukowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stasio Misiorowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Wieslaw Zawacki took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radowit Wnukowski. Radowit Wnukowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Radowit Wnukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Zawacki in the 58th minute of play. Wieslaw Zawacki scored 8-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radowit Wnukowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radowit Wnukowski came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by MKS Mazur Ełk's Wieslaw Zawacki. But to his dismay, Wieslaw Zawacki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 69th minute, Wieslaw Zawacki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Wieslaw Zawacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Wnukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislaw Miazga during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AKS Chorzów's Stanislaw Miazga got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Mehmet Hamdi Yavuzay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Radowit Wnukowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radowit Wnukowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karol Swiderski's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Wieslaw Zawacki scored 10-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radowit Wnukowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MKS Mazur Ełk's Boleslaw Charlap was substituted for Wieslaw Zawacki. The referee gave MKS Mazur Ełk a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Michal Karbownik, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AKS Chorzów's Radowit Wnukowski. 11-0. Karol Swiderski took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radowit Wnukowski. Radowit Wnukowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. In the 95th match minute, AKS Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dariusz Ziombkowski to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the MKS Mazur Ełk players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
