The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Neto should have stopped the shot. When Caio Souza fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's protests and gave Caio Souza a yellow card for diving instead. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's attentive Desiderio Florian managed to snatch the ball when Beto Hoffmann made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. Glauco Mineiro charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glauco Mineiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร:s Fabiano Neto showed great skill when he stopped Andres Montez:s penalty. In the 95th minute, Andres Montez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
