In the 3rd minute, Israel Hernandez made a precise shot to the right of Pär Backman. Gunnah FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the Gunnah FC defense, Luiz Massa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pär Backman. The Gunnah FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pär Backman should have stopped the shot. Eustacio Casos scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pär Backman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The corner ended in Anthony Cullen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gunnah FC's Pär Backman did a great save. 21 minutes into the match, Gunnah FC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Hernandez came free, but Pär Backman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pär Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Casos in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Gunnah FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Casos came free, but Pär Backman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes Gunnah FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luiz Massa who took care of the corner kick. When Toqui Fc's Luiz Massa in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gunnah FC's goalie prevented a goal. Pär Backman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Casos in the 43rd minute of the match. After 43rd play minutes Eustacio Casos shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Pär Backman and just under the crossbar into goal. Luiz Massa scored 0-10 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pär Backman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Toqui Fc were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Rolado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Israel Hernandez in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pär Backman saved Gunnah FC from getting behind. Pär Backman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Massa in the 54th minute of play. Pär Backman made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Eustacio Casos sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Toqui Fc's Israel Hernandez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pär Backman. That made the score 0-11 after 59 minutes of play. Pär Backman made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Luiz Massa sent off a good shot on target. Ian Alstedt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. Gunnah FC:s Pär Backman showed great skill when he stopped Luiz Massa:s penalty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Massa in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Backman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gunnah FC's Pär Backman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Gunnah FC from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the game, Luiz Massa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Pär Backman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toqui Fc made a substitution. Ricardo Puyol replaced Salamón Ovalle. After 76 played minutes Toqui Fc got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Duñabeitia. The supporters of Toqui Fc booed when Gunnah FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joélson Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Massa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Pär Backman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Toqui Fc made a substitution. Germán Alen replaced Luiz Massa. Germán Alen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, Germán Alen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pär Backman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-13. Israel Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Backman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Toqui Fc's Don Carlomagno got a free kick in the 94th minute. Gunnah FC's Pär Backman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Gunnah FC from getting a goal against them. Toqui Fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
