The supporters of Sport Club Abrilense booed when Frenchville Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quincy Slattery didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Cléber Catarinense's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kyle Bailey was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berke Rush in the 16th minute of play forced Sport Club Abrilense's goalkeeper Loris Karius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frenchville Sports Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. In the 22ndth minute of the game Berke Rush who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Catarinense in the 24th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Kyle Bailey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Frenchville Sports Club were awarded a corner. Best Didlock went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Can Sadov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Berke Rush scored 1-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loris Karius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Israel Edorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pasha Datsiuk struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Loris Karius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frenchville Sports Club. 47 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's Berke Rush sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loris Karius narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berke Rush in the 50th minute of play. After 52 minutes Sport Club Abrilense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Best Didlock who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Frenchville Sports Club's Best Didlock to fire away a dangerous shot which Loris Karius despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kyle Bailey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Catarinense in the 54th minute of the match. Bonifacio Fero kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Dan Rüdy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kyle Bailey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Rüdy in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Catarinense came free, but Kyle Bailey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléber Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loris Karius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Starri Ööpik in the 75th minute of the match. Loris Karius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berke Rush went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 83 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Starri Ööpik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berke Rush in the 86th minute of play forced Sport Club Abrilense's goalkeeper Loris Karius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Best Didlock was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frenchville Sports Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Abrilense the free kick. The Frenchville Sports Club players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
