Edmílson Santos started the match with the kick off. Kyle Bailey made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Nestor Cruz sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Berke Rush's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waut Van Der Meeren was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Berke Rush put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Waut Van Der Meeren. Anversa Club's Waut Van Der Meeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berke Rush in the 16th minute of play. Frenchville Sports Club's Kyle Bailey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Frenchville Sports Club from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berke Rush in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waut Van Der Meeren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waut Van Der Meeren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berke Rush's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Kyle Bailey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Winarto Songgonau. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quincy Slattery in the 26th minute of play forced Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waut Van Der Meeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berke Rush in the 28th minute of play. Kyle Bailey made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Nestor Cruz sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's Pasha Datsiuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waut Van Der Meeren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Berke Rush ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Van Der Meeren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Pasha Datsiuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasha Datsiuk in the 39th minute of play forced Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Frenchville Sports Club getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Quincy Slattery hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Berke Rush made the kick off in the second half. Reiner Fallas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyle Bailey having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Berke Rush cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Waut Van Der Meeren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Burt Gruer put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Frenchville Sports Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Berke Rush sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frenchville Sports Club made a substitution. Csaba Baló replaced Nontas Iordanidis. Frenchville Sports Club's Starri Ööpik was substituted for Pasha Datsiuk. After 65 played minutes, Frenchville Sports Club's Best Didlock shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Frenchville Sports Club reached it. In the 67th match minute, Anversa Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Malmberg to maneuver through the defense. Berke Rush might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waut Van Der Meeren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berke Rush ran back to his position shaking his head. Reiner Fallas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Berke Rush fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waut Van Der Meeren having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Anversa Club's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Rush came free, but Waut Van Der Meeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoud Rouvoet made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Joe Van Landschoot immediately put the ball in play. Kyle Bailey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Winarto Songgonau in the 90th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Arnoud Rouvoet in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Frenchville Sports Club's Best Didlock. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Frenchville Sports Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
