Luuk Meppelink was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 23rd minute, Artur Czech left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Bełchatów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Ferdi Dekens hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Jonathan Soberano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luuk Meppelink having to make a save. In the 34th minute Marian Dropinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luuk Meppelink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored MKS Bełchatów's protests and gave Maksymilian Michalski a yellow card for diving instead. 43 minutes into the match, Zijdewind SC's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Dropinski came free, but Luuk Meppelink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MKS Bełchatów's Radomil Weyna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save MKS Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marian Dropinski made a kick off. Marian Dropinski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-14 to the left of a surprised Luuk Meppelink 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Ludomir Grucza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded MKS Bełchatów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zijdewind SC.
