After 13 minutes of play, Telge77's Gert Örtendahl made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Lloris was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the game, Telge77's Nils Jonsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Lloris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the ПФК Берое defense, Gert Örtendahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Lloris. The ПФК Берое fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Lloris should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Telge77 getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Herman Lagerberg hit a great ball. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Telge77's goalkeeper George Sandell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in ПФК Берое's zone, Gao Xu Yong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Lloris came out of the goal and Gao Xu Yong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Lloris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Jonsson in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match, Velichko Trenkov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but George Sandell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hugo Lloris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Jonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Velichko Trenkov made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Lazar Batalov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gert Örtendahls short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Hugo Lloris to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Hugo Lloris made a huge save. Telge77's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jarl Sjöö in the 58th minute. Telge77's Jim Sjögren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hugo Lloris in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 61st minute, Gao Xu Yong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patrick Martinsson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hugo Lloris firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hugo Lloris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Martinsson in the 70th minute. Telge77's Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. That made the score 0-4 in the 76 minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, ПФК Берое's Velichko Trenkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that George Sandell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jarl Sjöö kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Telge77 booed when ПФК Берое was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Noe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Lloris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Martinsson in the 90th minute. A collision led to ПФК Берое getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Casper De Boeck hit a great ball. With 94 minutes on the clock, Vancho Paleshutski commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Vancho Paleshutski kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Örjan Stenman in the 96th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Hugo Lloris's left hand side. The ПФК Берое fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Telge77 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
