The audience thought a goal was coming when David Batuhin got free with Pastor Chesus in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 7 minutes Sprite Star Football's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olaf Sroki who took care of the corner kick. Fulgencio Villalcazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy de Queiroz in the 8th minute of the match. David Batuhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If David Batuhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner led Sprite Star Football's Waldir de Medeiros to fire away a dangerous shot which Fulgencio Villalcazar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, David Batuhin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pastor Chesus. Sprite Star Football's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Batuhin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. David Batuhin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Pastor Chesus made a huge save. If Frances Muelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sprite Star Football's Dieguinho Matos got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 49th minute, Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pastor Chesus. Pastor Chesus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Batuhin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sprite Star Football's zone, David Batuhin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Chesus came out of the goal and David Batuhin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Villalcazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christiano Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Sprite Star Football's goal looked a bit too open when David Batuhin came free, but Pastor Chesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Cuatrodeocho were awarded a corner. Olaf Sroki went to the cornerflag to take it. Fulgencio Villalcazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Ramalho in the 69th minute. Andy Entrena took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pastor Chesus. Sprite Star Football's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fulgencio Villalcazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Ramalho in the 79th minute. Sprite Star Football's Pastor Chesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 80th minute of play. Christiano Ramalho kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Fulgencio Villalcazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Peixoto in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sprite Star Football's Waldir de Medeiros got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some careless play in the Sprite Star Football defense, David Batuhin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Chesus. The Sprite Star Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Chesus should have stopped the shot. Cuatrodeocho were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sprite Star Football for a fine match.
