When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rod Marsland sped through FC Bonin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wawrzyniec Dzierwa. Wawrzyniec Dzierwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Marsland in the 13th minute of play. Walmyr Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gojko Bešlić in the 18th minute of the match. FC Bonin's Wawrzyniec Dzierwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rod Marsland in the 22nd minute of play. Aguinhas were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after FC Bonin's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Renato Fernandez took the corner. Wawrzyniec Dzierwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel de Lara in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maraman Muriedas got free with Walmyr Queirós in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Walmyr Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gojko Bešlić, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Serafino Bittor hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 93 played minutes, FC Bonin's Maraman Muriedas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Walmyr Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Bonin reached it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Aguinhas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
