The referee ignored MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's protests and gave Hulki Akçiçek a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Hulki Akçiçek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Clapham succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 22nd playminute. After 27 minutes, Ian Power mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hunting High & Low.. and the MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Hunting High & Low.. got a freekick which was hit by Ian Power. Roger Clapham might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ardahan Hekimbaşı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roger Clapham ran back to his position shaking his head. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Ardahan Hekimbaşı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Clapham in the 31st minute of play. After 34 played minutes MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu got a freekick which was hit by Hulki Akçiçek. 35 minutes into the match, Roger Clapham notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Ardahan Hekimbaşı. Ardahan Hekimbaşı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roger Clapham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Ardahan Hekimbaşı made a huge save. After some careless play in the MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu defense, Roger Clapham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ardahan Hekimbaşı. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ardahan Hekimbaşı should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Roger Clapham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunting High & Low..'s supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Clapham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ardahan Hekimbaşı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pierce Wrigley charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierce Wrigley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 48th minute, Pierce Wrigley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Clapham to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kamer Özkaya got free with Archie Rowell in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hunting High & Low..'s Pierce Wrigley got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Pierce Wrigley off the ground. After 60 played minutes Hunting High & Low.. got a freekick which was hit by Ian Power. In the 61st minute, Abdurrezzak Ünveren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roger Clapham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardahan Hekimbaşı having to interfere. The supporters of MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu booed when Hunting High & Low.. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Clapham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Billy Larsfelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ardahan Hekimbaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alain Rosenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hunting High & Low.. had played much better football throughout.
