An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Munno in the 8th minute of play forced Hunting High & Low..'s goalkeeper Archie Rowell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Roger Clapham made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Schirru. Apocalypto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Apocalypto's Emiliano Capobianco got a free kick in the 13th minute. Eugenio Schirru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Clapham in the 14th minute of play. Archie Rowell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Paulista in the 16th minute of play. When Roger Clapham came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Hunting High & Low.. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Clapham couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Apocalypto's goalkeeper Eugenio Schirru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierce Wrigley. After a defensive mix-up in Apocalypto's zone, Alain Rosenberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Schirru came out of the goal and Alain Rosenberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francesco Baruffa got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Chico Paulista. Eugenio Schirru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Rosenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Roger Clapham came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hunting High & Low.. fans jumped to their feet. A beautiful save bye Apocalypto's goalie prevented a goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davide Cavaliere to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Hunting High & Low..'s goal looked a bit too open when Chico Paulista came free, but Archie Rowell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Roger Clapham had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Schirru. Roger Clapham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Schirru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Florian Firmani hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Hunting High & Low..'s Roger Clapham got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 72 minutes on the clock, Ralph Carey-Bertram commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hunting High & Low..! Hunting High & Low..:s Archie Rowell showed great skill when he stopped Davide Cavaliere:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Cavaliere in the 75th minute of play forced Hunting High & Low..'s goalkeeper Archie Rowell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Capobianco kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Alain Rosenberg made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Schirru. Ian Power's late challenge caught a Apocalypto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Power helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Apocalypto booed when Hunting High & Low.. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Power didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match, Chico Paulista tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Archie Rowell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Archie Rowell made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Chico Paulista sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hunting High & Low.. had played much better football throughout.
