After having played for 46 minutes, Jakob Pihlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Pihlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iguazú fútbol club's Teobaldo Libertad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Pihlberg in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modesto Bixintxo made a kick off. Jakob Pihlberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teobaldo Libertad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jakob Pihlberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Teobaldo Libertad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sture Dahlkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute of the match AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK got a corner. Teobaldo Libertad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Teobaldo Libertad as he didn't even see the shot coming. Teobaldo Libertad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sture Dahlkvist in the 91st minute of the match. David Nordal took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teobaldo Libertad. Teobaldo Libertad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
