Jimeno Cilio made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Tymoteusz Byczewski sent off a good shot on target. Aldo Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Sousa in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Byczewski got free with Jimeno Cilio in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ROJO were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Zandarin FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bonifacio Dino took the corner. Pahom Kanokov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pahom Kanokov in the 19th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Huijsmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, ROJO's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Sousa came free, but Aldo Kaxen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Jan Huijsmans lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Jimeno Cilio. André Luís Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Luís Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Zandarin FC's Jimeno Cilio got control of the ball when Tymoteusz Byczewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led to ROJO's Yu Cheng Kun getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Joel Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zandarin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Sousa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, ROJO's Jimeno Cilio threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pahom Kanokov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Pahom Kanokov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Cilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joel Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes ROJO got a freekick which was hit by Yu Cheng Kun. After some careless play in the ROJO defense, Joel Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Kaxen. The ROJO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Kaxen should have stopped the shot.
The wind increased when Joel Sousa made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marinos Androulakis during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jimeno Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pahom Kanokov in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Cido Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Huijsmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Joel Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Jimeno Cilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Dimo in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Bernardo Dimo made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Cilio. Zandarin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a rather tough play, ROJO's Yu Cheng Kun got a free kick in the 91st minute. Jimeno Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pahom Kanokov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrinho Donatello was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute Bonifacio Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Cilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the ROJO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
