An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Pietrowski in the 19th minute of play forced Basavilbaso FC's goalkeeper Orvar Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Psotkas short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Orvar Bäckström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Pietrowski in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orvar Bäckström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Igor Pietrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orvar Bäckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orvar Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Pietrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Basavilbaso FC's Ruben Gentza got a free kick in the 29th minute. Orvar Bäckström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Igor Pietrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute.
