The throw-in from Rayman Rioseras in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Congo Bongo's Bernabe Odon. Petre Traian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Ixidor in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Arnaldo Oidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenz Ureta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Wrexham getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Joppe Hvenegaard hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Oidor in the 33rd minute of play forced Wrexham's goalkeeper Lorenz Ureta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
