A collision led to Herta Budino getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Codrin Tăgorean hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, De Beverpatrouille's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Rinaldi came free, but Ray De Lauw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mbaka Mbolu in the 63rd minute of play forced Herta Budino's goalkeeper Fortunato Sangermano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Herta Budino would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
