When Marcial Zuazna fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Maturrango's protests and gave Marcial Zuazna a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Atletico Maturrango got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Zuazna. In the 25th minute, Candido Dino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tori FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Tori FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Herbella came free, but Pablo Piearres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Weather Piedrahita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Dino. Pablo Piearres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Herbella in the 36th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Txurio during the 38th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florencio Herbella was the one to do the kick off. Weather Piedrahita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Dino in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes in the game Evaristo Paez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Timoteo Gauargi. Caton Oquendo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes Tori FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Bernard. Florencio Herbella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pablo Piearres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Guido Txurio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Pablo Piearres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Ybarbo in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Dino came free, but Weather Piedrahita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tori FC booed when Atletico Maturrango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caton Oquendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Cordarrell kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Atletico Maturrango's Hitzeder Serans tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Ybarbo in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Piearres saved Tori FC from getting behind. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cordara Baracaldo hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
