In the 3rd minute Hortêncio Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Pleban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortêncio Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zenon Pleban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leszek Podwojski in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Legia Warszawa's Zenon Pleban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Vander in the 11th minute of play. Hortêncio Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karol Tomiczek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Berger having to interfere. Adilson Romero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Legia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Vander came free, but Zenon Pleban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernabe Gomez during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nada Pontual F.C getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Joãozinho Dez hit a great ball. Hortêncio Vander's late challenge caught a Legia Warszawa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hortêncio Vander helped the player get up and apologised. Hortêncio Vander hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nada Pontual F.C made a substitution. Macit Buyrukalp replaced Hortêncio Vander. Legia Warszawa's Zenon Pleban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macit Buyrukalp in the 53rd minute of play. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Lindberg in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's goalkeeper Duda Berger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leszek Podwojski. 61 minutes into the match, Nada Pontual F.C's Macit Buyrukalp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zenon Pleban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Duda Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucian Mihăilă in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Bernard Lemiesz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Tomiczek in the 68th minute of play. Zenon Pleban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macit Buyrukalp in the 69th minute of the match. Macit Buyrukalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenon Pleban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Macit Buyrukalp ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th minute, Edgar Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nada Pontual F.C made a substitution. Cauã Ramos replaced Edgar Trigo. After a rather tough play, Nada Pontual F.C's Edgar Trigo got a free kick in the 76th minute. Duda Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Tomiczek in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute Macit Buyrukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Pleban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes, Stanislaw Basinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legia Warszawa and the Nada Pontual F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nada Pontual F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Karol Tomiczek scored to the left of an out of position Duda Berger, making the score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Tomiczek in the 97th minute of play forced Nada Pontual F.C's goalkeeper Duda Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Nada Pontual F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Legia Warszawa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
