Talal Al Sallal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Téo Campidelis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tomé Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Rahman Al Youha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Téo Campidelis scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Talal Al Sallal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Téo Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Talal Al Sallal. Golden Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Téo Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Tomé Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdul Rahman Al Youha in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Tomé Oliveira got control of the ball when Abdul Rahman Al Youha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Botelho came free, but Talal Al Sallal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Tomé Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 36th match minute, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Talal Al Sallal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magno Nunes went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Khalel Al Motar came free, but Tomé Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Khalel Al Motar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Naem Al Khaled. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magno Nunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Donato Botelho hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Khalel Al Motar came free, but Tomé Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Donato Botelho could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Talal Al Sallal however easily saved by the left post. Téo Campidelis took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Talal Al Sallal. Talal Al Sallal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Téo Campidelis got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 minutes Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mohammad Al Ateqi who took care of the corner kick. Golden Tigers were furious when Yaqoub Bo Resley was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Golden Tigers:s Talal Al Sallal showed great skill when he stopped Horácio Aparecido:s penalty. In the 74th minute, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Donato Botelho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Golden Tigers's Talal Al Sallal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Tigers from getting a goal against them. Talal Al Sallal stood somewhat misplaced when Téo Campidelis came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 78 minute. Mustafa Hamit Gündüz hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Campidelis came free, but Talal Al Sallal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalel Al Motar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Rua Ferreira Viana F.C.'s Caco Guimarães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Talal Al Sallal. Talal Al Sallal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9.
