In the 4th minute, Gabriel Bati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosimo Mascia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Bati got free with Cosimo Mascia in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Saiko FC defense, Noureddine Sanchis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Sabóia. The Saiko FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Sabóia should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Saiko FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sixto Ondino hit a great ball. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sixto Ondino, made in the 15th minute of the game. Zé Sabóia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noureddine Sanchis's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saiko FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Noureddine Sanchis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Saiko FC booed when LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milan Froněk didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Sixto Ondino sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Cosimo Mascia threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Sixto Ondino this time. Sixto Ondino kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Saiko FC's Zé Sabóia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Saiko FC from getting a goal against them. Noureddine Sanchis might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Sabóia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Noureddine Sanchis ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Zé Sabóia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Noureddine Sanchis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Sabóia came out and tried to block the shot, but Noureddine Sanchis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Sabóia. That made the score 1-5 after 66 minutes of play. 73 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Noureddine Sanchis. Clovis Hénot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noureddine Sanchis in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Sabóia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 played minutes Saiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Ondino. After 84 minutes of play, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Sabóia was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Zé Sabóia managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Noureddine Sanchis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Noureddine Sanchis put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Zé Sabóia. After a rather tough play, Saiko FC's Mateus Catarinense got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Saiko FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
