JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Isidro Derwin got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gigel Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Martxelin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ronaldinho Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gigel Tilea made a huge save. Gigel Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Martxelin in the 18th minute of play. Dorel Nedelciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gigel Tilea made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Ronaldinho Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Martin Martxelin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gigel Tilea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 23 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goalkeeper Gigel Tilea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho Paranaense. In the 29thth minute of the game Basarab Irod who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Wang Jie Shi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Isidro Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Derwin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigel Tilea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wang Jie Shi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Nedelciu in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Dumitru Pantelimon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Martxelin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gigel Tilea. That made the score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Basarab Irod hit a great ball. If Isidro Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Irod came free, but Wang Jie Shi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Martxelin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorel Nedelciu in the 52nd minute of play forced JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's goalkeeper Wang Jie Shi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Prospero Chepe fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's protests and gave Prospero Chepe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, one of JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS. Wang Jie Shi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorel Nedelciu in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Oltean didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute Ronaldinho Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute of the match JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS got a corner. Academia Rio's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Martxelin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Martin Martxelin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gigel Tilea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Paranaense in the 68th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Ronaldinho Paranaense made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigel Tilea was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute Basarab Irod shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Jie Shi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergiu Coșeriu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Wang Jie Shi made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basarab Irod in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wang Jie Shi saved JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS from getting behind. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Basarab Irod sped through JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wang Jie Shi. After having played for 86 minutes, Basarab Irod managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Rio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basarab Irod was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wang Jie Shi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Nedelciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wang Jie Shi made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Sergiu Coșeriu sent off a good shot on target.
