In the 10th minute Simon Bannenbusch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ago Vaasna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Anszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Fedai Oktan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ago Vaasna having to interfere. When Fedai Oktan came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the BENA FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedai Oktan couldn't finish the play. Ago Vaasna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedai Oktan in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Ago Vaasna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Francho. 25 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Ago Vaasna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedai Oktan. 26 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Bannenbusch came free, but Ronny Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Bannenbusch in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronny Sundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zachary Anszczak hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. A collision led to BENA FK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ola Utter hit a great ball. Simon Bannenbusch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ronny Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Bannenbusch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Sundström having to interfere. Ago Vaasna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedai Oktan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Francho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Camilo Francho kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. BENA FK's Ronny Sundström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save BENA FK from getting a goal against them. Ago Vaasna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altuğ Ortunc in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind BENA FK's goalkeeper Ronny Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Simon Bannenbusch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KFC Uerdingen 05's Luo Ying Liang was substituted for Simon Bannenbusch. Fabrizio Nowak's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ronny Sundström firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eddie Söder struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ago Vaasna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BENA FK. Magnus Bülau charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magnus Bülau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Bülau. Ronny Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hartwig Engelhardt in the 81st minute of play. KFC Uerdingen 05's Ago Vaasna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Sjögren in the 83rd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Sjögren came free, but Ago Vaasna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luo Ying Liang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, BENA FK's Ronny Sundström got control of the ball when Fabrizio Nowak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronny Sundström made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Luo Ying Liang sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the KFC Uerdingen 05 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
