Mario Sugiono was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Frumușanu to maneuver through the defense. Victor Lucila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mario Sugiono made a huge save. After having played for 17 minutes, Victor Lucila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Lucila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mario Sugiono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well-hit corner resulted in Liviu Frumușanu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 34th match minute, Real Mollucas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoppie Hutagaol to maneuver through the defense. Victor Lucila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Mario Sugiono when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Victor Lucila came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Lucila couldn't finish the play. Real Mollucas's Yoppie Hutagaol got his second yellow card of the match in the 41st minute. The referee ordered Yoppie Hutagaol off the ground. When Victor Lucila came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Lucila couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Victor Lucila made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Mollucas's goalkeeper Mario Sugiono, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Real Mollucas's Mario Sugiono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihăiţă Moisil in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Edwin 雷岩 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Sugiono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes Real Mollucas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernest Oprescu who took care of the corner kick. After 66 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Victor Lucila. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real Mollucas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Mario Sugiono had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Victor Lucila's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 83rd minute Victor Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Sugiono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Real Mollucas's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Lucila came free, but Mario Sugiono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Victor Lucila made a precise shot to the right of Mario Sugiono. Real Mollucas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 90 minutes into the match, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Victor Lucila sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Sugiono narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mădălin Bărbuceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV were the better team. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
