Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Macías prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yasin Saleh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute Yasin Saleh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Plaza Babys CF got a freekick which was hit by Aļģis Engers. Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Ricardinho Alvarenga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abelardo Macías. Ricardinho Alvarenga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 36th minute, HollywooDogs's Ricardinho Alvarenga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abelardo Macías. Abelardo Macías yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas de Mendonça came free, but Abelardo Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Macías made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 39th minute. After 41 minutes Plaza Babys CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fred de Brito who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on HollywooDogs's corner Fred de Brito fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abelardo Macías quite easily take care of the ball. After 45 minutes Plaza Babys CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fred de Brito who took care of the corner kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardinho Alvarenga to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, HollywooDogs's Douglas de Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Macías made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Abelardo Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a little luck, HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio got control of the ball when Wen Yu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Ricardinho Alvarenga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomás Mazza hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Luis-Alfredo Belalcaraz hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Plaza Babys CF's Elisardo Campomanes was substituted for Zahar Garzon. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Ronaldinho Lago replaced Douglas de Mendonça. After 67 played minutes Plaza Babys CF got a freekick which was hit by Luis-Alfredo Belalcaraz. Adhemar Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Yasin Saleh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dedé Dionísio. HollywooDogs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yasin Saleh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 75th minute Yasin Saleh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's Yasin Saleh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedé Dionísio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. HollywooDogs's Dedé Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasin Saleh in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ricardinho Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot. HollywooDogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Alvarenga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Macías breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dedé Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yasin Saleh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to HollywooDogs getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Renzo Ingelborgs hit a great ball. Yasin Saleh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedé Dionísio having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. HollywooDogs had won after a very even match.
