Eusébio Miguéis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinícius Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Percha in the 20th minute of play forced Los Patanes's goalkeeper Vinícius Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Patanes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucius Moreira was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Tuga FC's players had a chance to rest. Severiano Curado hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Los Patanes were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Sporting Tuga FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ladislao Bermudez took the corner. After taking down the ball on Los Patanes's corner Ladislao Bermudez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfredo Santana quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Vinícius Bueno managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucas Monsanto struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Vinícius Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Tuga FC. After a rather tough play, Los Patanes's Julio Bitxintxo got a free kick in the 35th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Carlos Figueiredo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vinícius Bueno, 1-0. Carlos Figueiredos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Vinícius Bueno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vinícius Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Figueiredo in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Figueiredo to make the kick off. When Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Patanes's goalie prevented a goal. Vinícius Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Carlos Figueiredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Patanes's Vinícius Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Carlos Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sporting Tuga FC booed when Los Patanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Dodorol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinícius Bueno came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Carlos Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 66th match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasko Vitev to maneuver through the defense. Vinícius Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 81st match minute, Los Patanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Rumaldo to maneuver through the defense. Lucius Moreira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vinícius Bueno. Los Patanes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 88th minute, Julio Bitxintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Figueiredo in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinícius Bueno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sporting Tuga FC's Carlos Figueiredo in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Patanes's goalie prevented a goal. Flávio Colaço received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vinícius Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sporting Tuga FC had played much better football throughout.
