Alfonso Bernal made in the 8th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aurelio Rivas however managed to control. Elliott Levander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Rivas's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute Roy Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montes Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliott Levander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Elliott Levander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Rivas in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Leeds United FC defense, Aurelio Rivas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elliott Levander. The Leeds United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elliott Levander should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Leeds United FC's zone, Kenneth Heise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliott Levander came out of the goal and Kenneth Heise tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Elliott Levander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Roy Jakobsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds United FC and the Fetiyerd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roy Jakobsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Aurelio Rivas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elliott Levander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Rivas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute, Aurelio Rivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 36 minutes, Aaron Kvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds United FC and the Fetiyerd players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Leeds United FC's Aaron Kvist got a free kick in the 36th minute. The throw-in from Sonny Classon in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fetiyerd's Raymond Litago. 44 minutes into the game, Allan Odin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeds United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fetiyerd the free kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Rivas to strike the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Leeds United FC's Elliott Levander got control of the ball when Aurelio Rivas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aurelio Rivas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elliott Levander came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelio Rivas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute, Sonny Classon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kenneth Heise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elliott Levander stood somewhat misplaced when Aurelio Rivas came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 73 minute. After 79 minutes, Aurelio Rivas made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Leeds United FC's Elliott Levander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 minutes of play, Fetiyerd's Aurelio Rivas made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elliott Levander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfonso Bernal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elliott Levander having to make a save. Fetiyerd played a much better game than Leeds United FC and deserved their victory. The Leeds United FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
