Cristi Popovici's late challenge caught a Kropotkins pojkar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristi Popovici helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kropotkins pojkar's Mikael Åberg got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute Tahsin Elçioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mané Moreno made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo sent off a good shot on target. At last the ball reached Jens-Erik Forsberg at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of FC Gustavo FPRMZ. 1-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mané Moreno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Tahsin Elçioğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mané Moreno was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Forsberg couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Per-Arne Vidman threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Júlio Saraiva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Per-Arne Vidman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kropotkins pojkar fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Gustavo FPRMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
