An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Wallin in the 11th minute of play forced Velester Football Club's goalkeeper Ferdinando Scarinci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Mahmut Bilen notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Velester Football Club's Ferdinando Scarinci. ToCoTaN FC's Edelmiro Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Velicu in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Teobaldo Txindoki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinando Scarinci. Velester Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teobaldo Txindoki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Ferdinando Scarinci had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Humberto Distiratsu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 45th minute, Humberto Distiratsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinando Scarinci was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Txindoki got free with Ferdinando Scarinci in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Wallin in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinando Scarinci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Velester Football Club's Ferdinando Scarinci got control of the ball when Mahmut Bilen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferdinando Scarinci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Peron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Narciso Quirce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ToCoTaN FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velester Football Club the free kick. The supporters of Velester Football Club booed when ToCoTaN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Quirce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Velester Football Club made a substitution. Dennis Rullo replaced Pietro Romeo. A collision led to ToCoTaN FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Narciso Quirce hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Velester Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Wallin came free, but Ferdinando Scarinci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Velester Football Club's Dumitru Velicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edelmiro Veronica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ToCoTaN FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Veronica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Velicu in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edelmiro Veronica saved ToCoTaN FC from getting behind. Ferdinando Scarinci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Txindoki in the 80th minute. Edelmiro Veronica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Velicu in the 81st minute of play. Arnulfo Beltran hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Velester Football Club's Dumitru Velicu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edelmiro Veronica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dumitru Velicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Veronica having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, ToCoTaN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Txindoki to maneuver through the defense. Edelmiro Veronica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dumitru Velicu went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. ToCoTaN FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
