Ladislao Garoa's late challenge caught a ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Garoa helped the player get up and apologised. Ascacibar-Pérez's Einar Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pier Meyer in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Ascacibar-Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Pier Meyer came free, but Einar Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glenn Danzig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Ascacibar-Pérez's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Casimiro Santana in the 11th minute. A nice corner shot did that Casimiro Santana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Glenn Danzig quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 12 played minutes Ascacibar-Pérez got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Clis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 14th minute of play forced Ascacibar-Pérez's goalkeeper Einar Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pier Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Holmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Thorwart's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Frank Thorwart put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Einar Holmberg. Martín Palermo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martín Palermo scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Glenn Danzig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nils-Emil Blomkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Einar Holmberg made a huge save. Nils-Emil Blomkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Einar Holmberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Einar Holmberg made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Nils-Emil Blomkvist sent off a good shot on target. When ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 47 minutes, Antoine Chassot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☠ Metal Militia ☠ and the Ascacibar-Pérez players grew even worse after the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antoine Chassot in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Holmberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 minutes of play, Ascacibar-Pérez's Octavio Chale made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Glenn Danzig was left in no man's land by his defense there! Einar Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pier Meyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Einar Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pier Meyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pier Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Einar Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pier Meyer in the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Martín Palermo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ascacibar-Pérez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☠ Metal Militia ☠ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ascacibar-Pérez's Martín Palermo got a free kick in the 78th minute. ☠ Metal Militia ☠ made a substitution. Nicko McBrain replaced York Segatz. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Derrick Green was substituted for Cornelius Heck. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Doctor Lorenz was substituted for Frank Thorwart. In the 80th minute, Martín Palermo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Pier Meyer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Einar Holmberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ☠ Metal Militia ☠ reached it. After a rather tough play, Ascacibar-Pérez's Cleto Estavan got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Einar Holmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils-Emil Blomkvist's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Einar Holmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Emil Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Dee Ramone hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Chants of Ascacibar-Pérez echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as ☠ Metal Militia ☠ had held the ball for most of the match.
