An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Vasquez in the 17th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sorci Viola defense, Luis Vasquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Bonelli. The Sorci Viola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Bonelli should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Luis Vasquez made a precise shot to the right of Armando Bonelli. Sorci Viola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 27 minutes into the game, Arturo Di Sipio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Benedito Talló was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Luis Vasquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benedito Talló showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Meo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Bomseral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Egidi came free, but Benedito Talló reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Bonelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Vasquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Luis Vasquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Bonelli was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 47th match minute, Bomseral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maule Castaño to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Armando Bonelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Vasquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sorci Viola's Armando Bonelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Vasquez in the 61st minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Bomseral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Machado Torres to maneuver through the defense. The excitement rose when Sorci Viola's Carlo De Luca after 88 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Bomseral FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 8-2. Luis Vasquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Bonelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Vasquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Bonelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Vasquez in the 93rd minute of the match. Sorci Viola's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
