Casper Wall's late challenge caught a Iron Maiden FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casper Wall helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AC Zoégas™ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Casper Wall hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Honorio Torrent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AC Zoégas™'s Anders Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by García Garate in the 8th minute of play. Anders Dahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruce Dickinson in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Dahlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Dave Murray sped through AC Zoégas™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anders Dahlberg. 17 minutes into the match, AC Zoégas™'s goal looked a bit too open when Günalp Talip came free, but Anders Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, AC Zoégas™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Olof Brodin to maneuver through the defense. Anders Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Murray, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. AC Zoégas™'s Anders Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Torrent in the 25th minute of play. Anders Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Murray in the 31st minute of play. When Jimmie Knutsson fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Zoégas™'s protests and gave Jimmie Knutsson a yellow card for diving instead. Jimmie Knutsson hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After the first half Iron Maiden FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Arın Biçim made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, AC Zoégas™'s goalkeeper Anders Dahlberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Murray. In the 53rd minute, García Garate reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anders Dahlberg. The goal made the score 0-4. Günalp Talip could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Anders Dahlberg made a huge save. Iron Maiden FC's Arın Biçim got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kent Alebäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anders Dahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arın Biçim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anders Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arın Biçim, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Iron Maiden FC's Rob Halford was substituted for Clive Burr. In the 81st minute, Janick Geers made a precise shot to the right of Anders Dahlberg. AC Zoégas™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. 84 minutes into the match, AC Zoégas™'s goal looked a bit too open when Arın Biçim came free, but Anders Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Iron Maiden FC's García Garate made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anders Dahlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honorio Torrent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Anders Dahlberg made a huge save. Anders Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Iron Maiden FC's Günalp Talip. But to his dismay, Günalp Talip quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. In the 94th minute, Iron Maiden FC's Arın Biçim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anders Dahlberg. Anders Dahlberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. Iron Maiden FC played a much better game than AC Zoégas™ and deserved their victory. The AC Zoégas™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
