Riley Trotter took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised János Gáspár. János Gáspár dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 20th minute, Heiki Uustal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Ladislao Gines notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sporting Savaria's János Gáspár. János Gáspár was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Ladislao Gines kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving János Gáspár. That made the score 5-0 in the 27 minute of play. The Creekers fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Creekers's Ladislao Gines looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 34 minutes into the game, Creekers's Ladislao Gines nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. János Gáspár made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 37th minute Ladislao Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Gáspár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. János Gáspár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Gines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Ladislao Gines left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Creekers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kálmán Mbappè made a kick off. If Sylvesteri Valkama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 minutes, Jakab Kállay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Savaria and the Creekers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Sporting Savaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakab Kállay to maneuver through the defense. János Gáspár didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Gines went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Ladislao Gines might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over János Gáspár. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Gines ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the game, Creekers's Ladislao Gines nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. János Gáspár made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Creekers made a substitution. Reynaldo Driscoll replaced Ladislao Gines. 84 minutes into the match, Creekers's Reynaldo Driscoll sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that János Gáspár narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 85 minutes of play, Creekers's Riley Trotter made it 15-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. János Gáspár was left in no man's land by his defense there! János Gáspár was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Driscoll cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 17-0. János Gáspár was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Creekers walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
