Ladislao Gines scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sylvesteri Valkama struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Gilberto Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Creekers. Gilberto Moreno made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ladislao Gines sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 14 minutes, Ladislao Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Creekers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Gines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalkeeper Gilberto Moreno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Gines. 18 minutes into the match Ladislao Gines climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Gilberto Moreno. 21 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Pimenta came free, but Jude Crocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Gilberto Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS from getting a goal against them. Ladislao Gines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Gilberto Moreno made a huge save. When Creekers's Ladislao Gines in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Ladislao Gines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gilberto Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gines in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ladislao Gines had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gilberto Moreno. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Gines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 39th minute, Creekers's Sylvesteri Valkama dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. During the 42nd minute of the match Dinei Leão completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dinei Leão a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dinei Leão hit a great ball. Ladislao Gines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gilberto Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Gilberto Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ladislao Gines stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uku Karju in the 52nd minute of play forced ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalkeeper Gilberto Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Gines in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilberto Moreno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Creekers booed when ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Leevi Kampman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilberto Moreno skillfully saved the ball. Creekers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leevi Kampman in the 68th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's goalie and right to Riley Trotter. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Driscoll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Moreno having to interfere. Gilberto Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Driscoll in the 89th minute of the match. Gilberto Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Driscoll, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Driscoll notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of ZONA NOROESTE - SANTOS's Gilberto Moreno. Gilberto Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Creekers were the better team. Creekers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
