Mariano Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Moreno in the 13th minute of the match. Família Ressaca MZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matthew Pfeffer in the 15th minute. Silvio Abadia kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Mariano Cortez was a little too slow when Caco Moreno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Moreno in the 28th minute of play forced Inter MIAMI's goalkeeper Mariano Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Caco Moreno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Cortez was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Caco Moreno took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Mariano Cortez to make any attempt to save it. Inter MIAMI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldinho do Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Família Ressaca MZ's Ronaldinho do Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Caco Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Cortez. Inter MIAMI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Mariano Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Inter MIAMI's Silvio Abadia got a free kick in the 76th minute. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Caco Moreno sped through Inter MIAMI's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mariano Cortez. Mariano Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho do Vale in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Caco Moreno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Mariano Cortez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In a very dangerous position, a player in Inter MIAMI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Inter MIAMI's zone, Ronaldinho do Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Cortez came out of the goal and Ronaldinho do Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Caco Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Cortez was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. 96 minutes into the match, Caco Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Cortez. Inter MIAMI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caco Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Família Ressaca MZ fully deserved thier win.
