Patay Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svend Betz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Svend Betz might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Francho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Svend Betz ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Patay Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Svend Betz came free, but Cayetano Francho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svend Betz took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cayetano Francho. Cayetano Francho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 30thth minute of the game Svend Betz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cayetano Francho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svend Betz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Francho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Svend Betz went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svend Betz in the 43rd minute of play. Svend Betz struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Cayetano Francho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FSX UNITED. After a rather tough play, Patay Juniors's Güntekin Enginer got a free kick in the 46th minute. The audience was convinced that Svend Betz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cayetano Francho was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prospero Petri to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Betz in the 51st minute of play forced Patay Juniors's goalkeeper Cayetano Francho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Güntekin Enginer came free, but Ye Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Spets, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Patay Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zebastian Spets ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hilario Cai tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Cayetano Francho. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-5 in the 60th minute. Cayetano Francho made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Amancio Baesler sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amancio Baesler in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Francho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute of the match, Amancio Baesler tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cayetano Francho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cayetano Francho made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Amancio Baesler sent off a good shot on target. Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Baesler in the 71st minute of play. After 73 played minutes FSX UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Spets. Cayetano Francho made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Amancio Baesler sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho got control of the ball when Amancio Baesler tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Patay Juniors's zone, Marcelo Salas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Francho came out of the goal and Marcelo Salas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FSX UNITED walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
