With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edward Engström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gunners Puszczykowo's goalkeeper Maksymilian Korytkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Fred Flinta came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Joxa mé trasan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Flinta couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Sowa came free, but Edward Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maksymilian Korytkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Bronco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edward Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Jankowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Iwo Jankowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edward Engström was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 53 minutes into the match, Joxa mé trasan's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Jankowski came free, but Edward Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
