With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Cucao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabinho Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Serafo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Mainumby were awarded a corner. Nunez Gizon went to the cornerflag to take it. Fabinho Prestes made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jonatan Heriberto sent off a good shot on target. Guaberto Cucao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Konopka, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute.
