Jurre Everts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mundo Marcilla in the 18th minute of play. Seagulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquez Feal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 33 minutes into the game, Doroteo Sacristán was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los romperredes F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seagulls the free kick. The supporters of Seagulls booed when Los romperredes F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doroteo Sacristán didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Seagulls getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jordi Hellemons hit a great ball. Jurre Everts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mundo Marcilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jordi Hellemons made a kick off. The goalkeeper, Jurre Everts, was totally fooled by Los romperredes F.C's Quintin Manrique, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jurre Everts was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Pepe Veloso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pepe Veloso really showed his touch with that goal: 2-6. Jurre Everts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mundo Marcilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Los romperredes F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Seagulls throughout the match.
