NAPOLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Di Federico to maneuver through the defense. In the 8thth minute of the game Alvaro Lupi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Motu's Valentin Gau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute Alvaro Lupi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Motu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Gau should have stopped the shot. Motu's Valentin Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Grande in the 67th minute of play. Achille Albanesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hipolito Osmundo's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 78 minutes in the game, Uriel Lleir fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Achille Albanesi having to interfere.
