With a little luck, Patadura FC's Jano França got control of the ball when Asiz Rajah tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oakham were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Patadura FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asiz Rajah took the corner. The corner led Oakham's Jerry Soon to a score. 1-0 in the 8th minute. Jano França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Koh went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 14th minute, but Jano França got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Patadura FC hanging dry this time. Agustin Lizer hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Asiz Rajah shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jano França showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Patadura FC's Jano França got control of the ball when Mark Koh tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mark Koh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Patadura FC's zone, Mark Koh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jano França came out of the goal and Mark Koh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Quintan came free, but Bryan Hui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Oakham's Khai Amin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jano França narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Wong Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jano França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asiz Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jano França having to interfere. Patadura FC's Jano França proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Patadura FC from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute of the match, Jerry Soon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jano França saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jerry Soon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 40th playminute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerry Soon to make the kick off. Jano França showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Koh in the 53rd minute of the match. Jano França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Patadura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Asiz Rajah came free, but Jano França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Oakham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asiz Rajah to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Koh in the 63rd minute of play forced Patadura FC's goalkeeper Jano França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asiz Rajah made a great header on Oakham's corner, it was just that Patadura FC's Jano França managed to reach the ball for a save. It was a well-played corner which Khai Amin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 76 minutes into the match, Patadura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Asiz Rajah came free, but Jano França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patadura FC's Jano França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Rajah in the 81st minute of play. Renato Mattei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Hui having to interfere. The Oakham fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Oakham's Jerry Soon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Soon in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jano França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oakham were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Patadura FC for a fine match.
