The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 5th minute, one of C.A. Caminiaga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A. Caminiaga. Hemming Tjørnum came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by El Renacer del Quijano FC's Teobaldo Ubarna. But to his dismay, Teobaldo Ubarna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Frasco in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Lastur saved El Renacer del Quijano FC from getting behind. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Renacer del Quijano FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cecilio Salbatore was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A. Caminiaga's players had a chance to rest. The corner led C.A. Caminiaga's Elias Lluc to fire away a dangerous shot which Andres Lastur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, C.A. Caminiaga's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Ubarna came free, but Hemming Tjørnum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hemming Tjørnum made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Teobaldo Ubarna sent off a good shot on target. Teobaldo Ubarna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Hemming Tjørnum made a huge save. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. C.A. Caminiaga's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
