FC Krotoszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerzy Urban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bebeto Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wawrzyniec Kisielka's late challenge caught a Haridades F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wawrzyniec Kisielka helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 1. FC Krotoszyn getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Kisielka hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho Xavier threw the ball into play from the sideline. 1. FC Krotoszyn's Herbert Pawelczyk quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cengizhan Şahistan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes Haridades F.C got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Moreno. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurício Braga during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute of the match Franciszek Bienienda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bebeto Cardoso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Giovanni Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Zdeb in the 22nd minute of the match. If Giovanni Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wawrzyniec Kisielka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bebeto Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Haridades F.C's goalkeeper Bebeto Cardoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Fryderyk Kanczuszewski came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the 1. FC Krotoszyn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Kanczuszewski couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Zdeb in the 40th minute of play forced Haridades F.C's goalkeeper Bebeto Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Haridades F.C's Sidnei Barbosa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sidnei Barbosa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Haridades F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sidnei Barbosa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Haridades F.C:s Bebeto Cardoso showed great skill when he stopped Franciszek Bienienda:s penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wawrzyniec Kisielka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Karol Zdeb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Cardoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Zdeb took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bebeto Cardoso. Bebeto Cardoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gerson Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrado de Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado de Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Conrado de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Gerson Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72ndth minute of the game Wawrzyniec Kisielka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haridades F.C's Bebeto Cardoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 1. FC Krotoszyn's Herbert Pawelczyk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ronaldinho Xavier, made in the 74th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Haridades F.C's Ronaldão Teles got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Wawrzyniec Kisielka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1. FC Krotoszyn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 83 minutes into the match, Haridades F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Zdeb came free, but Bebeto Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cengizhan Şahistan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerson Sarmento in the 84th minute. In the 84th minute, Haridades F.C's Gerson Sarmento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cengizhan Şahistan.
