Cosme Francesco had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Marcelinho de Castro from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Marcus Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Järvenperä, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Marcus Sampaio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. MDQ Raptors FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
