In the 12th match minute, Trifillia.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cui Yun Nan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Henriksson in the 13th minute of play forced Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Vasilakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samurai were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Trifillia.FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allan Bivall took the corner. In the 15th minute of the match Samurai got a corner. Trifillia.FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Allan Bivall ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 18th minute Christos Bekos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maxim Tsigalko might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dimitris Vasilakos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maxim Tsigalko ran back to his position shaking his head. Dimitris Vasilakos made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Maxim Tsigalko sent off a good shot on target. Sabit Piruz took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vince Di Cola. Vince Di Cola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabit Piruz in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Sabit Piruz came free, but Vince Di Cola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Timmy Henriksson made a precise shot to the right of Dimitris Vasilakos. Trifillia.FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Christos Bekos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vince Di Cola. Vince Di Cola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Samurai's attentive Rutger Vallander managed to snatch the ball when Cui Yun Nan made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. With a little luck, Trifillia.FC's Dimitris Vasilakos got control of the ball when Maxim Tsigalko tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabit Piruz was the one to do the kick off. Vince Di Cola was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Lu Yin Cheng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lu Yin Cheng really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Bekos in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Samurai's Vince Di Cola got control of the ball when Sabit Piruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxim Tsigalko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince Di Cola was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Lu Yin Cheng capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lu Yin Cheng really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Trifillia.FC's Theo Light was substituted for Aggelos Stamatis. Dimitris Vasilakos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esbjörn Hultstrand's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Esbjörn Hultstrand put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Dimitris Vasilakos. Trifillia.FC's Dimitris Vasilakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 70th minute of play. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Bekos in the 72nd minute of play. Esbjörn Hultstrand struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Dimitris Vasilakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai. In the 74th minute Wu Qi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Vasilakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Vasilakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Samurai's Vince Di Cola got control of the ball when Soulis Vakros tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Wu Qi came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Samurai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wu Qi couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Proestos got free with Vince Di Cola in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wu Qi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitris Vasilakos having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soulis Vakros in the 95th minute of play forced Samurai's goalkeeper Vince Di Cola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitris Vasilakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wu Qi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Samurai supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Trifillia.FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Trifillia.FC.
