An unexpectedly hard shot by Calvin Townsley in the 25th minute of play forced Mala FC's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlisle United's Tod Bridgeworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio da Rocha in the 27th minute of play. When Mala FC's Virgílio da Rocha in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carlisle United's goalie prevented a goal. Virgílio da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Virgílio da Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tod Bridgeworth was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 39 played minutes Mala FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilton Pernambucano. Virgílio da Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tod Bridgeworth having to make a save. Tod Bridgeworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio da Rocha in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Carlisle United's goal looked a bit too open when Virgílio da Rocha came free, but Tod Bridgeworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Harri Kaine fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carlisle United's protests and gave Harri Kaine a yellow card for diving instead. Harri Kaine hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Marian Gejda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Calvin Townsley to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Crispin Arrowsmith who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mala FC's Allan Varela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgílio da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Trey Hughes-Guy in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Mala FC's Ragnar Björnberg. Ricardo de Souza had several of the Carlisle United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Tod Bridgeworth as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tod Bridgeworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Marian Gejda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tod Bridgeworth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carlisle United's Tod Bridgeworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo de Souza in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ricardo de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardo de Souza in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tod Bridgeworth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the game, Trey Hughes-Guy threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mala FC's Ragnar Björnberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tod Bridgeworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 任竞银's late challenge caught a Carlisle United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 任竞银 helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Carlisle United booed when Mala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. 任竞银 didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo de Souza in the 79th minute of play forced Carlisle United's goalkeeper Tod Bridgeworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo de Souza in the 85th minute of play forced Carlisle United's goalkeeper Tod Bridgeworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo de Souza scored 0-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tod Bridgeworth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlisle United's Jan Power was substituted for Harri Kaine. If Marian Gejda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Ricardo de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Mala FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carlisle United.
