HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save HORTALEZA FC from getting a goal against them. Eleuterio Urtzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauke Mihas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Pepillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Feijo Zárate made a huge save. Del Acuerdo's Eleuterio Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauke Mihas in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Galsino Vilanova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Urtzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Feijo Zárate had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Pepillo. In the 28th minute Del Acuerdo were awarded a corner. Celso Rumaldo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jeremias Pepillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feijo Zárate quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Del Acuerdo were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after HORTALEZA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celso Rumaldo took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of HORTALEZA FC's goalie and right to Gaston Gurutz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. HORTALEZA FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Feijo Zárate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Baraquiel in the 32nd minute of the match. When HORTALEZA FC's Galsino Vilanova in 34 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eleuterio Urtzi guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Juan Guerrero hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Feijo Zárate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Pepillo in the 36th minute. With a little luck, HORTALEZA FC's Feijo Zárate got control of the ball when Jeremias Pepillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Renoux in the 43rd minute of play forced Del Acuerdo's goalkeeper Eleuterio Urtzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glauke Mihas kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When HORTALEZA FC's Roland Renoux in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Del Acuerdo's goalie prevented a goal.

Eleuterio Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Renoux in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Baraquiel in the 62nd minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Feijo Zárate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Urtzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Galsino Vilanova in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, HORTALEZA FC's Glauke Mihas got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Victorio Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Del Acuerdo's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Calvet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feijo Zárate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, HORTALEZA FC's Roland Renoux dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After some careless play in the HORTALEZA FC defense, Victorio Calvet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feijo Zárate. The HORTALEZA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feijo Zárate should have stopped the shot. Eleuterio Urtzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Renoux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Del Acuerdo's Victorio Calvet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feijo Zárate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 92 minutes into the match, Del Acuerdo's goalkeeper Eleuterio Urtzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Galsino Vilanova. In the 94th minute Glauke Mihas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Urtzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HORTALEZA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
